Render Modeling
A render is the most accurate representation of what your model will look like in real life. It can be used on any view, whether exterior and interior, perspective or axonometric. It will factor in natural and artificial light and their effects on a material's shadow, reflectance, transparency or translucency. Ultimately, rendering is the primary purpose for the appearance properties. It is beneficial for marketing a design or showing a less architecturally-inclined client what a idea will look like.
